The 2014 has a very smooth texture with lots of red fruits, chocolate and mocha on the nose.
Bright acid and tannin are well balanced with alcohol. It’s a well-balanced wine and has a good long lasting finish.
The wine spent 20 months in 36% new French oak and 64% neutral French oak. After bottling in July of 2016 it spent a further 13 months in the cellar before being released on August 28th.
This wine conforms to strict Vegan & Vegetarian food production procedures and our vineyard is sustainable and organically farmed.
